Delete your personal data
Underseen does not require a user account. Most profile data lives only on your device.
Delete local app data
- Open Underseen.
- Open the Profile tab.
- Choose Clear my personal data.
- Confirm the action.
This removes your local preferences, selections, likes, watched history, saved items, recommendation history, and local usage data. It does not remove the bundled movie catalogue or recommendation model.
Purchase-related records
Your app-store provider and RevenueCat may retain purchase or subscription records needed to process transactions, restore purchases, prevent fraud, or meet legal obligations. To ask a question about those records, email info@stackyard.io. Do not send payment details by email.
If you cannot open the app
Email us from the address you want us to reply to and explain what you need removed. We will confirm what information can be addressed by Underseen and what must be managed through your app-store provider or another provider.
