By using Underseen, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

Underseen provides movie-discovery tools and recommendations for personal entertainment. Recommendations are suggestions only. We do not guarantee that a film is available in your country, on a particular service, or suitable for every viewer.

Third-party services

Movie information, artwork, advertising, streaming links, and purchases may be provided by third parties. Their availability and terms may change independently of Underseen.

Purchases and subscriptions

Paid features are purchased through your app-store provider. Billing, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the applicable store’s terms. Subscription details can be managed in your store account. A rewarded advertisement may be required to unlock an individual recommendation on the free tier.

Acceptable use

You may use Underseen for personal, lawful purposes. Do not interfere with the app, attempt to extract or redistribute its catalogue or model, misuse advertising or purchase systems, or use the service to infringe another person’s rights.

Intellectual property

Underseen’s software, branding, catalogue packaging, and recommendation model belong to Underseen or its licensors. Film names, artwork, and other third-party materials remain owned by their respective rights holders and are used with the applicable attribution or provider terms.

Changes and availability

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may also update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
